RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY
I strive to treat every member of the Healing Ministry for Animals Private Membership Association the way that I would want to be treated if I were in their shoes.
What are the circumstances that might make a refund necessary?
1. Your pet might die either before or during our schedule of sessions of care.
2. You might not see results as quickly as you hoped you would.
3. You might experience buyer’s remorse after purchasing a series of sessions.
Before we address these circumstances, you need to understand the way care programs work financially:
· I currently charge $300 for standalone sessions with new members.
· I discount care programs heavily as an incentive to purchase a block of sessions so that your pet can get the amount of care it will need to see the results that you want for it. For example: A 4 session program would be $1,200 at the single session rate, but I charge you only $700 for pre-paying for a package of 4 sessions. (There are no guarantees of course but based on my experience I offer my best estimate of what amount of care that will be.)
· Terminating a program early means you are not going to get the package price for a refund because you didn’t keep the package intact. What happens is that we revert to the single session price of $300. So, for example, you pay $700, but terminate after two sessions. Two single sessions equal $600, and so your refund is $100. It’s better to stick with the program!
1. If your pet dies either accidently or because of its dire health condition before the program of care sessions are completed you can take the refund as mentioned above, or you can, “pay it forward,” and help someone who can’t bear the cost of a full program. In that case you didn’t break up the package and so I give the remaining sessions to someone in need as a memorial to your beloved pet. Because I am often seeing animals that have been given up on by the medical profession, this happens several times a year and gives another pet a chance at a better life.
2. If you are not seeing results after a session or two and want to pull out, well, that is why I created the package system. It provides incentive to stick with a program and give your pet its best shot at results. This work is great, but it is not a magic wand that waves and everything changes. Healing is a process that takes time. Let the process work! If you can’t do that, see the refund example above.
3. If you feel buyer’s remorse, or your spouse gets upset that you just spent money without consulting them I get it. If you haven’t had any sessions yet, I will refund the whole amount. Otherwise, see the example above for how the refunds work. And, in either case, do not come back later and say I really want to do this program after all. That ship has sailed.
How to Request a Refund:
Please email me at: nels@healingministryforanimals.com and state the particulars of the transaction to date, such as, who you are and your pet’s name if appropriate, how much you paid, when you started the program and how many sessions you have had and why you are requesting a refund. I will review your request based on the guidelines above and answer your request within 5 business days.
Processing time for refunds:
If you are owed a refund, it may take up to two weeks to process your refund and get you your money back.
